The Vietnam Property Expo and Conference 2009 (Propex Vietnam), the first of both national and international magnitude opened at the Sai Gon Exhibition and Fair Centre on December 17.

The four-day event has attracted 70 businesses in the fields of property, architecture, construction consultancy and materials with a total of over 300 stalls.

Among the major big domestic and foreign property companies are Phat Dat, Nam Long, Tai Nguyen, An Vien, Estella, Holding, Dreamhouse and VinaCapital.

Apart from the exhibition of over 250 property projects, 18 speeches will be presented at an international conference themed “Solution to develop Vietnam’s property market firmly” on December 17-18.
