Tin Nghia Corporation has broken ground for many projects in Dong Nai Province following the start of construction of the US$6-billion Eastern Saigon urban town project in August.
The new projects include Quang Vinh apartment building in Bien Hoa City, which will cover 5.8 hectares and cost VND600 billion ($33 million); the 856-hectare Ong Keo industrial zone in Nhon Trach District, worth VND1.8 trillion ($100 million); the VND600 billion ($33 million) An Phuoc industrial zone in Long Thanh, which will cover 201 hectares; and Phu Huu fuel storage, to be built on 20 hectares at an initial cost of VND500 billion ($27.7 million) for the first phase.
On the occasion of the company’s 20th anniversary, Tin Nghia has built Thanh Nghia kindergarten for Long Thanh District, and given four ambulances to remote districts including Tan Phu, Vinh Cuu, Nhon Trach and Cam My.
