TNK-BP signed agreements with BP Plc, India’s Oil & Natural Gas Corp. and PetroVietnam on acquiring the UK company’s stake in the offshore gas Block 06.1 and becoming the operator of the project, the Russian venture said Thursday in an e-mailed statement.
