Indochina Land and its agent Savills Vietnam have opened sales for villas and apartments at the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa.
According to Peter Ryder, president of Indochina Land, the investor of the project, the US$130 million project comprises three blocks of 174 sea-view condominiums and 27 oceanfront, three-bedroom villas.
The resort, which covers 20 hectares fronting 650 metres of sandy beach, is just a 10 minute car-ride to Da Nang’s centre and 15 minutes to the historic town of Hoi An.
It also includes a five-star, 200-room hotel and other recreational facilities such as food and beverage outlets, tennis courts, fitness and children’s centres and swimming pools as well as conference space.
Residents will also have preferred access to Indochina Land’s nearby Colin Montgomerie Signature Links Golf Course.
Foreign buyers will be able to purchase offshore ownership rights, giving them access to the flourishing Vietnamese real estate market.
Residence owners will also be permitted to take part in the Hyatt-managed rental programme.
