The Thu Duc House Corporation signed a US$1 million contract yesterday with the FPT Information Systems company for enterprise resource planning (ERP).

Under the contract, which is the first ERP deal with a real estate company in Viet Nam, FPT Information Systems will spend seven months setting up management systems for Thu Duc House’s finance and accounting, storage, material collection, sales, public relations, investments and projects, real estate and a reporting system for managers.

The project, under the supervision of KPMG, will be carried out at the real estate company headquarters in Thu Duc District and its branch in district 3.
