Tan Tao Group yesterday officially started the construction work of Tan Tao Plaza 4-5-6 in Tan Kien, Binh Chanh Dist, HCM City.

Tan Tao Plaza was designed with modern architecture, peaceful environment of many green parks, sports and recreational complex.

Tan Tao Plaza 4-5-6 includes three 12-storey apartment buildings with 360 apartments. The total area of the land plot was 12,856 square metres, total construction area of 3,603.5 square metres.

It’s planned that the contractor will carry out the construction on two apartment buildings at first and finish in November 2011. The last building will be built in January 2012 and to be completed in Sep 2013.

Up to now, Tan Tao group has been carried out construction works of three buildings in Tan Tao Industrial Zone and six other buildings in two industrial zones of Tan Duc and Long An. These buildings will supply sufficient accommodation for about 5,000 employees working in industrial zones of Tan Tao and Tan Duc.
