IDJ International Financial Investment and Enterprise Development Joint Stock Co (IDJ Financial) signed a comprehensive cooperation deal with Bidv-Hai Ba Trung Branch on May 15.

The banking branch will provide loans to the customers who buy a retailing space area of Hanoi Plaza Shopping Mall and offices grade A of the 27 storey building invested by IDJ Financial at Hanoi Plaza Hotel with the maximum lending limit of up to 50 percent of total rental and the longest lending time of seven years.

Hanoi Plaza Hotel was built by Korea’s Charm Vit Group with total cost of $120 million, locating in Tran Duy Hung St near National Conference Centre and My Dinh Stadium, opposite to Big C supermarket. The project comprizes a 27-storey office Grade A building and a high class four storey trade centre.

According to the agreement signed with Charm Vit, IDJ Financial is the monopoly company in developing and leasing space of Trade Centre and some offices of Hanoi Plaza Hotel.

Construction on raw body of the project has been speeded up. As scheduled, the project will be operational by 2010.

Under the cooperation between IDJ Financial and Bidv branch, enterprises can lease office space in 50 years and longer at Hanoi Plaza Hotel.
