Natural Resources, Environment and Energy Joint Stock Co and three partners of Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Co No 41, Tay Bac Investment and Development Joint Stock Co and Vietnam Investment and Architecture Joint Stock Co held the ground breaking ceremony of Nhan Chinh Apartment and Office complex last weekend.

The project includes a high-class 24 storey apartment building and a 12-storey office building to be built on a site of 9,174 square metres, in which over 1,000 square metres are for parking area.

It’s estimated that the total investment capital will be 700 billion dong. The construction work lasts from 2009 to 2012.

Natural Resources, Environment and Energy Joint Stock Co have chartered capital of 85 billion dong. At present, the company has finished registration procedures with State Securities Commission for listing shares on southern floor in 2010.
