ANZ Bank seeks tenfold increase in wealthy Vietnamese clients

Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., which aims to get 30 percent of its revenue from the Asia-Pacific area by 2017, plans to increase its number of wealthy clients in Vietnam to 10,000 from 1,000 in three years.

Vietnam to harvest record coffee crop in 2011-12, Sucafina says

Thai PTTEP says Vietnam 16-1 project starts operations

Thailand’s largest oil and gas explorer, PTT Exploration and Production Pcl, (PTTEP), said on Tuesday its Vietnam 16-1 project started production on Aug. 22 with an initial flow of about 15,000 barrels per day.

Vietnam ships more rice as global demand grows

Vietnam’s rice exports rose 26 percent year-on-year in the first seven months as importers looked for new suppliers in anticipation that Thailand will raise its prices, industry insiders say.
