SME Hoang Gia Joint Stock Co has officially started the construction work for SME Hoang Gia Building project, a complex of trade centre, high-class offices for lease and apartments that is located in Ha Dong Dist, Hanoi on July 04.

The project is estimated to cost 512 billion dong. The SME Hoang Gia Building will be built on a site of 1,200 square metres, with total floor area of 42,000 square metres, including 38 storeys. In the building, there will be supermarkets and offices for lease on the first five storeys and 270 high-end apartments on floor 6 to floor 35. The top floor of the building will be used as a helicopter parking.
